NOTE: Orders placed on Friday or before a holiday will be processed the next business day.
NOTE: The e-Commerce ordering site has a technical constraint that prevents the differentiation between tangible and intangible products. Because of this an internal decision was made to add shipping and tax to all orders, regardless of what the order is for. We have found customers would prefer to have a lesser amount billed after corrections than more billed after corrections. There is a line at the bottom of the invoice from pearsonassessments.com that states tax and shipping charges are estimates and may differ on the final invoice.
