Configuring BASC-3 TRS PRS SRP Reports

 

The following reports are offered for the BASC-3 TRS, PRS, and SRP:

 

 

 

BASC-3 Report (All forms except SRP-I)

The BASC-3 Report contains child information, test information, norm group selection, comments and concerns, score summaries and profiles, score tables, and narratives for indexes and scales. This report also contains DSM-5 Diagnostic Considerations, Target Behaviors for Intervention and item lists and responses.

DSM-5 Diagnostic Criteria

 If selected, information for each of the DSM-V-TR diagnostic considerations will be included in the report.
 
Each diagnostic consideration includes a list of symptoms as described in the DSM-V-TR, the items that correspond to these symptoms and diagnosis considerations.

DSM-5 Diagnostic Considerations

 If selected, DSM-5 Diagnostic Considerations will be included in the report.

Emotional Disturbance Qualification scales (EDQs)

 If selected, the Emotional Disturbance Qualification scales (EDQs) will be included in the report. Available for these forms only: PRS-C, PRS-A, TRS-C, TRS-A, SRP-C, and SRP-A.
 
Note: This option is only available if the primary norm group General Combined or Gender-Specific is selected.

Target Behaviors for Intervention

 If selected, Target Behaviors for Intervention will be included in the report. Available for these forms only: PRS-P, PRS-C, PRS-A, TRS-P, TRS-C and TRS-A.
Critical Items If selected, Critical Items will be included in the report.
Items by Scale/Index

Clinical and Adaptive Scales

 If selected, Items by Scales and Index for the Clinical and Adaptive Scales will be included in the report.

Content Scales and Indexes

 If selected, Items by Scales and Index for the Content Scales and Indexes will be included in the report.
Item Responses If selected, Item Responses  will be included in the report.

Progress Report

The Progress Report contains child information, test information, and a T Score Profile.

 

Up to 3 records of the same rater type for the same examinee can be used to generate a Progress Report (for example, TRS-Adolescent, TRS-Child, TRS-Preschool). Reports can be generated across age levels.

 

How to Generate a BASC-3 Rating Scales Progress Report:

(From the Examinee screen)

1. Select 2-3 previously administered BASC-3 TRS, PRS or SRP assessment records (from the same rater type)

2. Click Generate Report

3. Select BASC-3 Progress Report

(A report configurations screen will appear)

4. Specify your desired report options

5. Click Generate Report

Multirater Report

The Multirater Report contains child information, test information, score summaries, score profiles, score tables, and narratives for indexes and scales. This report also contains a Similarity Coefficient.

 

Up to 5 TRS and PRS records can be selected to include in the Multirater Report. The administrations selected must be from the same age level (for example, all administrations being reported are preschool forms.)

SRP forms cannot be included in a Multirater Report. Only the following rater type comparisons are allowed:
