Configuring Reports for Brown EF/A Scales

Three report types are offered for the Brown EF/A Scales: Individual Score Summary Report, Multirater Report, and Progress Report.

 

Individual Score Summary Report

Report Options

 

Field Name

Description

Examinee and rater names When checked, the examinee's name and rater's name will be included on the cover page and the report header.
Score comparison tables

When checked, the Score Comparison Tables will be included in the report. This includes cluster-to-Total Composite score comparisons as well as cluster-to-cluster comparisons. Note. This option is only available when combined-sex norms are selected.

Item responses by cluster

When checked, the Item Responses by Cluster tables will be included in the report. These tables provide a list of item stems and item responses organized by cluster.

Item responses as administered

When checked, the Item Responses as Administered section will be included in the report. In this section, item responses (0-3) are listed in administration order.

Summary

When checked, a standalone Summary will be included. This summary, which can be given to a patient or parent, includes a cover page, profile with score summary, cluster descriptions, and item responses by cluster.

 

 

Settings

Field Name

Description

Norm group

The normative group used for determining derived scores for the T-Score Profile and Score Summary Table. The Score Comparison Tables, if selected, always use combined-sex norms.
Significance level

The significance level used for determining whether difference scores in the Score Comparison Tables are statistically significant.

 

Multirater Report and Progress Report

When checked, the Item Responses by Cluster tables will be included in the report. These tables provide a list of item stems and item responses for each rater organized by cluster.

Summary

When checked, a standalone Summary will be included. This summary, which can be given to a patient or parent, includes a cover page, profile of T scores for all raters, cluster descriptions, and item responses by cluster.

 

 

Report Generation Rules:

 

Multirater Report

A Multirater report may include up to 3 records for forms of the same age group (including no more than 2 parent forms, no more than 2 teacher forms, and no more than 1 self-report form). For example:

 

 

Progress Report

A Progress report may include up to 2 records for forms of the same rater type and age group. For example:
