Configuring CAT-MH Reports

For the CAT-MH assessment, the CAT-MH Score Report is available. Click Select next to the report name to display the report configuration options.

CAT-MH Score Report

The CAT-MH Score Report provides detailed information about scores for an administration. The choices under Configurations allow the user to select the options and settings for the Score Report.

Report Configuration Options

Field Name	Description
Report File Type	Select Adobe PDF or Word DOCX format for the report.
Report Options
Include
Examinee name	Include the examinee name on the report. This option is checked by default. Uncheck this option to exclude the examinee name from the report. If you attempt to use this option for an examinee record which has no examinee ID, you will receive a warning to avoid printing a report with no identification.
Item responses	Include item responses in the report.

Report History Tab

Report History provides access to generated reports. The following report information can be found on the Report History tab:

Item	Description
Date	The date on which the report was generated.
Report Name	The name of the report that was generated. Only the CAT-MH Score Report is available currently.
Report Status	The report status can be one of the following: Pending–Report generation is in progress. Complete–Report generation is complete. Use the Download link to download your report. Failed–Something went wrong with report generation. You may try to generate your report again using the Proceed to Reports button.
Action	Action may be one of the following: Download link–Click the Download link to download the generated report. Pending–Report generation is in progress. Trashcan icon–Delete reports that are no longer needed.

Click the Refresh data button to refresh the report status.
