1. Navigate to the Q-global homepage.
2. Login.
3. Perform two or more WRMT-III assessments for the examinee.
4. Generate individual reports for each WRMT-III assessment to be included in the progress report. Inventory will be decremented.
5. From the Report tab, select WRMT-III Progress from the Report type drop-down.
6. Select WRMT-III Form A, Form B, or both as applicable.
7. Enter search criteria in the provided form fields.
8. Click the Search button.
9. All examinee assessment records that match the search criteria will be returned in the table below the form. Records may be sorted by clicking the column header labels.
10. Select 2 to 12 assessments, belonging to one examinee, to be included in the progress report calculations.
· A notification will display and report generation will be disallowed if assessments from different examinees have been selected.
· Assessments that have not yet been reported individually will not be available for progress report selection within the table, but will be displayed for informational purposes.
· Any combination of forms A and B are allowed for progress report selection.
11. Click the View Report button.
12. The Report Configuration window will display.
13. The Report Configuration page will display. Options selected in this window will be “remembered” and defaulted on future report generations.
a. Verify Assessment record information is correct.
b. Select items to Include from the Include tab.
c. Select the Settings tab to set the desired Norm Group (Age or Grade).
14. When desired Report Configuration settings have been selected and verified, click the Generate Report button. *Note: Inventory is not decremented for progress reports.
15. A File Download prompt will display asking whether to Open or Save the file.
a. Click Save to open the save file to directory dialog.
b. Click Open to view the report immediately. (Report may be saved from view.)
NOTE: Adobe Reader is required to display generated reports. Download it for free from www.adobe.com.
16. When the file is opened, the generated WRMT-III Progress report will display.
17. The report may be saved or printed for future reference by following standard operating system procedures.
