The BMAT Comprehensive Form Report provides a Motor Score Summary for each subtest and composite. The options for this report are found under an Include tab and a Settings tab.

Score Profile

If selected, a Pairwise comparisons between the Fine Motor and Gross Motor composites and between each subtest are provided in a table |
Narrative Report
|
If selected, a Narrative report will be included in the report. This section describes the results in a narrative format based upon subtest standard scores, composite and total motor composite standard scores, and demographics. |
Item Raw Score Summary |
If selected, individual tables for each subtest displaying the raw scores entered for all trials of an item are included. Item raw score information is available only if the examiner used Item Raw Score entry. |
Behavioral and Background Observations

If selected, user-supplied background and behavioral observations are printed verbatim and user-supplied Notes & Observations for each subtest are printed verbatim. |

The BMAT Progress report includes two to five administrations of the Comprehensive form completed for the same examinee at different times. The options for the Progress Report are found under an Include tab and a Settings tab.

NOTE: Administrations are in order by date from oldest to most recent. Because the BMAT Progress Report provides the standard scores over time, it is possible that the examinee's age band may change during the course of testing. If this condition is true, then a caution note will appear on the Progress Report.
Scores are not reported for subtests with one or more omitted items.
Plotting and reporting of the invalid scales will be suppressed.
Once you have printed a Comprehensive Form or Short Form report you may return to the assessment to edit/add Behavioral Background and Behavioral Observations as well as Notes & Observations for any subtest. You will not be charged to reprint the report. However, at no time may you edit/add IRS or TPS after printing a report.
