The BOT-2 Complete Form Report provides a Motor Score Summary for each subtest and composite including: total point score, scale/standard score, confidence band/interval, percentile rank, age equivalent, and descriptive category. The options for this report are found under an Include tab and a Settings tab.

If selected, pairwise comparisons between the Fine Manual Control, Manual Coordination, Body Coordination, and Strength and Agility composites are provided in a table. |

If selected, pairwise subtest comparisons are presented in a table. |

Narrative Report |
If selected, a narrative report will be included in the report. This section describes the results in a narrative format based upon subtest standard scores, composite and total motor composite standard scores, and demographics. |

Item Raw Score Summary |
If selected, individual tables for each subtest displaying the raw scores entered for all trials of an item are included. Item raw score information is available only if the examiner used Item Raw Score entry. |

Background and Behavioral Observations |
If selected, user-supplied background and behavioral observations are printed verbatim and user-supplied Notes & Observations for each subtest are printed verbatim. |

Parent/Caregiver Letter |
If selected, a summary letter of the results is included in the report and is intended for the examinee’s parents or caregiver. |

All required items must be completed. Scores are not reported for subtests with one or more omitted items.
Once you have printed a Complete Form or Short Form report you may return to the assessment to edit/add Background and Behavioral Observations as well as Notes & Observations for any subtest. You will not be charged to reprint the report. However, at no time may you edit/add IRS or TPS after printing a report.
