Configuring BOT-3 Reports

The third edition of the Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency™ (BOT™-3) assessment offers a Score Report on Q-global.

 

Click Select next to the report name to select the report and display the report configuration options. Inventory needed and usages available are displayed for the report.

 

BOT-3 Score Report

The BOT-3 Score Report provides detailed information about demographics, a composite/domain, supplemental/optional, and subtest score summary, a composite/domain and subtest profile, composite/domain and subtest comparison scores, a narrative report, item raw score summary, and a caregiver letter for a single administration.

 

Use the checkboxes and radio buttons under Report Selection & Configurations to choose the report file type, report options, and settings for the BOT-3 Score Report.

 

Field name

Description

Report file type

Select either Adobe PDF or Word DOCX for the file type of the report.

Report options (Select options to include in the report.)

Examinee name

Select this option to include the examinee’s name in the report.

Score profile

Select this option to include a graphical presentation of composite/domain, supplemental/optional, and subtest scores.

Composite and Domain pairwise comparisons

Select this option to include a table presenting composite and domain pairwise comparisons.

Note. Invalid composites/domains will not be included in the comparisons.

Subtest pairwise comparisons

Select this option to include a table presenting subtest pairwise comparisons.

Note. Invalid subtests will not be included in the comparisons.

Narrative

Select this option to include a narrative report. This section includes a narrative report for the composite/domain, supplemental/optional, and subtest level data.

Note. Invalid composites/domains and subtests will not be included in the narrative.

Raw score summary

Select this option to include a table presenting subtest item raw scores if provided.

Background and behavioral observations

Select this option to include background and behavioral observations if provided.

Caregiver letter

Select this option to include a caregiver letter that summarizes scores.

Settings

Confidence interval

Select the desired confidence interval for the scores. This value is used to determine the reliability of the estimate. Increasing the desired confidence level will widen the confidence interval (90% or 95%).

Statistical significance level

Select the desired significance level for the composite/domain and subtest comparisons. Increasing the desired significance level will lessen the critical values needed to flag a difference as significant (.1 or .05).
