The Bracken School Readiness Assessment™ (4th ed.; BSRA™-4) is an individually administered test that measures children’s comprehension of linguistic concepts. The test is designed for children ages 3:0–7:11. The BSRA-4 consists of 6 subtests: Colors, Letters, Numbers/Counting, Sizes/Comparisons, Shapes, and Self-/Social Awareness. The subtests assess relevant concepts children traditionally need to know in order to be prepared for early formal education. Results obtained from the BSRA-4 guide clinicians, teachers, and parents/caregivers in developing strategies for teaching young children vital concepts that enable them to be successful in school. This is the first offering of the BSRA-4 scoring and reporting on Q-global®.
The BSRA-4 on Q-global includes Manual Entry with an Overview tab and a Subtests tab. The Overview tab includes entry of administration settings and assessment demographics. The Subtests tab allows for subtest-level raw score or item score entry.
Refer to the BSRA-4 Manual for additional administration and scoring details.
