Entering BYI-2IN Scores

The BYI™–2 contains five self-report inventories that assess symptoms of depression, anxiety, anger, disruptive behavior, and self-concept in children and adolescents ages 7 through 18 years.

 

 

The BYI™–2 can be administered through On-Screen Administration (OSA) only.

The name of the examinee’s parent or guardian.

Referral Information

Referred by

The name of the individual that referred the examinee for testing.

Reason for Referral

The reason the examinee was referred for testing.

Clinical Information

Treatment Status

The examinee’s treatment status.

1 = Intake

2 = Review

3 = Other

Clinical Comments

Allows the examiner to provide additional clinical related comments about the examinee’s test administration.

Education Information

School

The name of the examinee’s school.

Grade

The examinee's grade level.

Teacher

The name of the examinee’s teacher.

Education Comments

Allows the examiner to provide additional educational related comments about the examinee’s test administration.

Assessment Information

Testing Observation

Observations made during the examinee’s testing.

Recommended Action

Allows the examiner to provide recommended actions pertaining to the examinee’s test administration.

Note: The BYI-2 cannot be completed through manual entry. However, after an on-screen administration has been completed, the Item Entry tab will appear in Q-global and edits can be made.

 

For manual entry edits, the following numeric values correspond to the appropriate answers:

0 = Never, 1 = Sometimes, 2 = Often, 3 = Always
