Configuring Bayley-4 Reports

The following reports are offered for the Bayley-4:

 

Bayley-4 Cognitive, Language, and Motor Scales Score Report

The Bayley-4 Cognitive, Language, and Motor Scales Score Report includes individual subtest total raw scores, scaled scores, age equivalents, and growth scale values for the Cognitive, Language, and Motor Scales subtests. It also includes the standard scores, confidence intervals, and percentile ranks for the Cognitive, Language, and Motor Scales. Supplemental analysis with subtest and standard score discrepancy comparisons is also included. Optionally, the Behavior Observation Inventory may be entered and reported as well.

Include the Caregiver Report. The Caregiver Report will be appended to the end of the Cognitive, Language, and Motor Scales Score Report.

Bayley-4 Social-Emotional and Adaptive Behavior Scales Score Report

The Bayley-4 Social-Emotional and Adaptive Behavior Scales Score Report includes individual subtest and subdomain total raw scores, scaled scores, age equivalents (Adaptive Behavior only), and growth scale values (Adaptive Behavior only) for the Social-Emotional and Adaptive Behavior Scales subtests and subdomains. It also includes the standard scores, confidence intervals, and percentile ranks for the Social-Emotional and Adaptive Behavior Scales. Supplemental analysis with subdomain and standard score discrepancy comparisons is also included. If the Social-Emotional subtest is administered, the Sensory Processing total raw score can be converted to an age-appropriate category (Possible challenges, Emerging mastery, and Full mastery). In addition, the highest stage mastered is plotted on the growth chart. Percentages of "Can’t tell" and "Estimated" responses are also reported.

If administrations selected are not in "Report Generated" status, the following message will display: The selected report can be generated only if the assessment records are in "Report Generated" status.
