There are two reports available for the CVLT 3:
CVLT 3 Core report
CVLT 3 Expanded Report (Standard and Alternate Forms only)
The CVLT 3 Core Report contains demographics, a core score summary, a scaled score profile, a standard score summary, a process score summary, and demographically adjusted core and standard scores, if selected. Item responses for all recall trials can also be selected for inclusion on the report.
This report is available for all forms.

| Use Respondent Name | If selected the respondent's name will be displayed. |
| Print Item Responses | If selected, the item responses are printed. Note only the recall trials responses are printed. The recognition trial (Yes/No, Forced Choice) responses are not included. |
| Demographically Adjusted Scores | If selected the demographically adjusted scores for the core and standard scores are included in the report.
Note: Demographically adjusted scores are only available for examinees age 20 or over. Percentile rank does not apply for the demographically adjusted scores. |
The CVLT 3 Expanded Report contains demographics, a core score summary, a scaled score profile, a standard score summary, an expanded process score summary including more detailed scores for all recall trials, Yes/No Recognition trial, and Forced Choice Recognition trial, as well as detailed scores for Intrusion and Repetition errors, and contrast scores. Demographically adjusted scores and item responses for all recall trials can also be selected for inclusion on the report.
This report can be generated for the Standard and Alternate Forms only.

Note. Raw scores of zero will result when trials have no responses entered.
