Configuring EMS Reports

For EMS, there are four reports available:

Click Select next to the report name to select that report. Inventory needed and usages available are displayed with each report. Multi-Rater and Progress reports are free and do not require usages.

 

EMS Individual Report - Self-Report and Observer Forms

The EMS Self-Report and Observer rating forms contain relevant demographics, the EMS Score Profile, EMS Score Descriptive Classifications, Critical Items, and Item Response Table sections.

 

The checkboxes and radio buttons under Report Selection and Configurations allow the user to choose the report file type and report options for the Self-Report and Observer rating forms.

 

Field Name

Description

Report File Type Select either PDF or Word doc for the file type of the report.
Report Options
Include Examinee Name Select to include the examinee’s name in the report.
Include Item Response Table

Select to include the Item Response Table which displays all item content as well as all examinee ratings by response type.

Include Item Responses as Administered

Select to include the Item Responses by numeric value.

 

EMS Multi-Rater Report

The Multi-Rater Report contains relevant demographics, the EMS Score Profile, EMS Score Descriptive Classifications, Score Comparisons Between Raters, and Item Response Table sections.

 

The checkboxes and radio buttons under Report Selection and Configurations allow the user to choose the report file type and report options for the Multi-Rater Report.

Select to include the Item Response Table that shows all item content and ratings by frequency designation.

 

EMS Progress Report

The Progress Report contains relevant demographics, the EMS Score Profile, EMS Score Descriptive Classifications, Score Comparisons Over Time, and Item Response Table sections.
