Entering MACI-II Scores

Overview Tab

The Overview tab displays general administration information such as Administration Date, Age at Administration, and Examiner name.

Assessment Demographics

Located on the Overview tab, the Assessment Demographics are as follows:

Field Name	Description
Administrator
Setting	The examinee's treatment setting.
Examinee
Administration Language	The language in which the assessment was administered.
Current School Grade	The examinee’s current grade in school.
Race/Ethnicity	The examinee's race/ethnicity.
What of the following is your most serious problem?	The problem identified by the examinee as their most serious problem.
What of the following is your second most serious problem?	The problem identified by the examinee as their second most serious problem.

Note: If using On-Screen Administration (OSA), once the assessment is launched, the Assessment Demographics are disabled for entry until the OSA is completed. Edits to these fields, if needed, can be made after the OSA is complete.

Item Entry Tab

The Item Entry tab displays single-character auto-advance item response entry boxes for entry of the examinee's item responses.

Field Name	Description
Show Item Text	If this box is checked, the item text will be presented next to the item entry box.
Show Input Key	If this box is checked, the response key is displayed.
Item Entry fields	Item responses for the MACI-II assessment.

Note: If using On-Screen Administration (OSA), the Item Entry tab fields are disabled for entry until the OSA is completed. Edits to these fields, if needed, can be made after the OSA is complete.

Data Entry Rules

If you click the Back link without saving the record, you will see a message confirming the navigation and asking whether you would like to stay on the page.
Clicking Save updates saves the record.
When data entry is complete, you can click Proceed to Reports to save the record and generate a report.
When the record is saved, the system checks to ensure all the required data has been entered. If any data needed for scoring is missing or invalid, error messages and/or warnings will be displayed in the Overview tab. The Overview tab will be marked with a red flag when errors or warnings are present. The record will be saved with a status of “Needs Editing” when errors or warnings are present. Once the error condition is corrected, the error message and flag will be removed the next time the record is saved.
