Entering MMPI-3 Spanish Scores

For MMPI-3 Spanish, there is a Demographics tab and an Item Entry tab.

Demographics Tab

The Demographics tab includes an Administrator section.

Field Name	Description
Years of Education (Optional)	The examinee’s years of education.
Marital Status (Optional)	The examinee’s marital status.
Ethnic Origin (Optional)	The examinee’s ethnic origin. Mark all options that apply.

Item Entry Tab

Field Name	Description
Show Item Text	If this box is checked, the item text is displayed.
Show Input Key	If this box is checked, the response key is displayed.
Item Entry fields	Item responses for the MMPI-3 Spanish assessment.

Data Entry Rules:

If you click the Back link without saving the record, you will see a message confirming the navigation and asking whether you would like to stay on the page.
Clicking Save updates saves the record.
When data entry is complete, you can click Proceed to Reports to save the record and generate a report.
