Two report types are offered for the PEDI-CAT assessment: PEDI-CAT Report and PEDI-CAT Multiassessment Report. Click Select next to the report name to select that report. Inventory needed and available information is displayed with each report.
The checkboxes under Configurations allow the user to choose the report settings for the PEDI-CAT Report.

The PEDI-CAT Multiassessment Report allows the user to select at least two (2) and no more than five (5) assessments for a single examinee to be printed in one report. Assessments must be in "Report Generated" status to be included in a PEDI-CAT Multiassessment Report.
