The Test of Premorbid Functioning has one report available on Q-global: the Test of Premorbid Functioning Score Report.
The Test of Premorbid Functioning Score Report contains standard demographics, prediction demographics, an actual-predicted comparison table, serial assessment information, a WAIS-IV actual-predicted comparison table and score profile, and a WMS-IV actual-predicted comparison table and score profile.

The Test of Premorbid Functioning Score Report can be generated with a maximum of four assessment records. These assessment records include two TOPFs, a WAIS-IV, and a WMS-IV.
Note: Assessment records must be in “Report Generated” status to be included in the Test of Premorbid Functioning Score Report. If assessment records selected are not in “Report Generated” status, the following message will display: The selected report can be generated only if the assessment records are in “Report Generated” status.
