Configuring Test of Premorbid Functioning Reports

The Test of Premorbid Functioning has one report available on Q-global: the Test of Premorbid Functioning Score Report.

 

Test of Premorbid Functioning Score Report

 

The Test of Premorbid Functioning Score Report contains standard demographics, prediction demographics, an actual-predicted comparison table, serial assessment information, a WAIS-IV actual-predicted comparison table and score profile, and a WMS-IV actual-predicted comparison table and score profile.

Test of Premorbid Functioning Prediction Demographics Summary If selected, the prediction demographics appear in the report.
Test of Premorbid Functioning Score Summary If selected, the score summary table will appear in the report.
Test of Premorbid Functioning Actual - Predicted Comparison If selected, the actual-predicted comparison table will appear in the report. This table is omitted when the TOPF Equated Predictive Model is chosen.

How to Generate a Test of Premorbid Functioning Score Report with Serial Assessment information:

(From the Examinee screen)

1. Select two TOPF assessment records

2. Click Generate Report

3. Select the Test of Premorbid Functioning Score Report

(A report configurations screen will appear)

4. Select the appropriate report options

5. Click Generate Report

If selected, the actual-predicted retest comparison table will appear in the report.

 

Note: This option is only available if raw scores have been entered for both of the selected TOPF assessment records.

Note: If a second TOPF assessment record is selected, the oldest assessment record is compared to the most recent assessment record. The most recent TOPF is always considered the "primary" assessment.

Additional Information

The Test of Premorbid Functioning Score Report can be generated with a maximum of four assessment records. These assessment records include two TOPFs, a WAIS-IV, and a WMS-IV.

 

 

Note: Assessment records must be in “Report Generated” status to be included in the Test of Premorbid Functioning Score Report. If assessment records selected are not in “Report Generated” status, the following message will display: The selected report can be generated only if the assessment records are in “Report Generated” status.
