The WMS®-5 Score Report is available on Q-global. An ability-memory analysis with the WAIS®-5 can also be included in the report.
The index score and subtest score summary sections are standard in every report. If at least one primary index score can be calculated, an index score summary section is included with an index score table and primary index score profile. If at least one subtest scaled score can be calculated, a subtest score summary section is included with a subtest score table and subtest scaled score profile. Report options for the additional sections available in the WMS-5 Score Report are detailed in the table below.

|
Brief Cognitive Status Exam classification
(Standard Form only) |
If selected, the Brief Cognitive Status Exam (BCSE) information is included. The table includes age, years of education, BCSE raw score, raw score range, and BCSE classification level.
Note. Both 'Years of education' and the examinee's BCSE raw score must be entered. If the examinee's age is 16-24, enter the highest education level obtained by either parent. |
Ancillary analysis
(Standard Form only) |
If selected, the ancillary index scores are included. Data for each valid ancillary index score will be displayed in the index score table after the primary index scores. The table includes the following for each valid index: sum of scaled scores, index score, percentile rank, confidence interval, and qualitative description. |
Process analysis |
If selected, the process scores are included. There are two possible summary tables: one for the auditory memory process scores and one for the visual memory process scores. Each table includes the following for each valid process score: raw score, scaled score (if applicable), percentile rank (if applicable), and cumulative percentage/base rate (if applicable). |
Index-level contrast scaled scores |
If selected, the index-level contrast scaled scores are included. The table includes the following for each available contrast score: score 1, score 2, and the contrast scaled score. |
Subtest Comparisons |
|
Subtest-level differences within AMI (Standard Form only) |
If selected, the subtest-level differences for AMI are included. The table includes the following: subtest scaled score, AMI mean score, difference from the mean, critical value, and base rate for the subtests within the AMI. Note. If CVLT 3 scores are substituted for the Verbal Paired Associates scores, this report option is disabled. |
Subtest-level differences within VMI (Standard Form only) |
If selected, the subtest-level differences for VMI are included. The table includes the following: subtest scaled score, VMI mean score, difference from the mean, critical value, and base rate for the subtests within the VMI. Note. This report option is not available for ages 70-90. |
Subtest-level differences within IMI (Standard Form only) |
If selected, the subtest-level differences for IMI are included. The table includes the following: subtest scaled score, IMI mean score, difference from the mean, critical value, and base rate for the subtests within the IMI. Note. If CVLT 3 scores are substituted for the Verbal Paired Associates scores, this report option is disabled. |
Subtest-level differences within DMI (Standard Form only) |
If selected, the subtest-level differences for DMI are included. The table includes the following: subtest scaled score, DMI mean score, difference from the mean, critical value, and base rate for the subtests within the DMI. Note. If CVLT 3 scores are substituted for the Verbal Paired Associates scores, this report option is disabled. |
Subtest-level discrepancy comparisons (Standard Form only) |
If selected, the subtest discrepancy comparisons are included. The table includes the following: score 1, score 2, difference, critical value, and base rate. The Spatial Addition-Symbol Span comparison is available for all ages and the Visual Reproduction 1-Visual Reproduction 2 comparison is only available for ages 70-90. |

Subtest-Level Contrast Scaled Scores |
|
Logical Memory contrast scaled scores |
If selected, the Logical Memory contrast scaled scores table is included. The table includes the following for each available contrast score: score 1, score 2, and the contrast scaled score. |
Verbal Paired Associates contrast scaled scores (Standard Form only) |
If selected, the Verbal Paired Associates contrast scaled scores table is included. The table includes the following for each available contrast score: score 1, score 2, and the contrast scaled score. Note. If CVLT 3 scores are substituted for the Verbal Paired Associates scores, this report option is disabled. |
Visual Reproduction contrast scaled scores |
If selected, the Visual Reproduction contrast scaled scores table is included. The table includes the following for each available contrast score: score 1, score 2, and the contrast scaled score. |
Designs contrast scaled scores (Standard Form only) |
If selected, the Designs contrast scaled scores table is included. The table includes the following for each available contrast score: score 1, score 2, and the contrast scaled score. Note. This report option is only available for ages 16-69. |
Substitution of Subtest Scores |
|
Substitute CVLT 3 for Verbal Paired Associates (Standard Form only) |
If selected, CVLT-3 scores are substituted for Verbal Paired Associates scores. Note. This report option is only available if all subtest scores for both VPA 1 and VPA 2 are not entered and both the CVLT 3 Trials 1-5 Correct and CVLT 3 Delayed Recall scores are entered. |
Ability-Memory Analysis |
|
Ability-memory discrepancy analysis |
If selected, the WAIS-5/WMS-5 ability-memory discrepancy analysis table is included for either the predicted difference method or the simple difference method. If the predicted difference method is selected, the table includes the following for each available WMS-5 index score: predicted WMS-5 index score, actual WMS-5 index score, difference, critical value, significant difference (Y/N), and base rate. If the simple difference method is selected, the table includes the following for each available WMS-5 index score: the selected WAIS-5 ability score, WMS-5 index score, difference, critical value, significant difference (Y/N), and base rate. |
Ability-memory contrast scaled scores (Standard Form only) |
This report option is available if the 'Ability-memory discrepancy analysis' report option is selected. If the 'Ability-memory contrast scaled scores' option is selected, contrast scaled scores are included. The table includes the following for each available contrast score: score 1, score 2, and the contrast scaled score. |
If only the WMS-5 assessment is selected for report generation, the report options will appear in manual mode. In this mode, WAIS-5 values must be entered manually into the Ability-Memory Analysis section on the 'Report Selection & Configurations' screen.
If a WMS-5 assessment is selected in combination with a WAIS-5 assessment on the 'Examinee' screen, report options will appear in automatic mode. In this mode, WAIS-5 values are auto-populated into fields in the Ability-Memory Analysis section on the 'Report Selection & Configurations' screen. Both the selected WMS-5 and WAIS-5 assessments must be in 'Report Generated' status prior to selecting them in combination on the 'Examinee' screen.
