The WMS®-IV is an individually administered clinical instrument designed to assess various memory and working memory abilities in individuals ages 16-90. Two batteries are contained within the WMS–IV: an Adult battery for individuals ages 16–69, and a shorter, Older Adult battery developed for use with individuals ages 65–90.
The WMS-IV on Q-global includes Manual Entry with an Overview tab and a Subtests tab. The Overview tab includes entry of administration settings and assessment demographics. The Subtests tab allows for subtest-level raw score entry.

When administering the Brief Cognitive Status Exam, 'Years of education' is required in order to print BCSE score information in the report.
CVLT-II subtests can be substituted for Verbal Paired Associates subtests.
