Entering WPPSI-IV Scores

For WPPSI-IV, there is an Overview tab, a Subtests tab, and a Test Behavior tab.

Overview Tab

The Overview tab includes Administration Settings and Assessment Demographics.

Administration Settings

This section contains general administration information such as administration date, child's age at administration, and examiner.

Assessment Demographics

This section contains the assessment demographics listed in the table below. All the assessment demographic data fields are optional entry.

Form This field is automatically populated based on the examinee's age at the time of the assessment. This value reflects which record form was administered to the examinee and is used to determine which subtests are displayed on the Subtests tab and included in the report.
Is this a retest? If checked, this denotes that the examinee has taken this test at least once before. Leave unchecked if this is the first time this examinee is being tested.
Comments This field allows the examiner to enter comments regarding the Assessment or the Examinee. These comments are displayed in the report.

Subtests Tab

Use the WPPSI-IV Administration and Scoring Manual to score subtest items and obtain the total raw score for each subtest. For the Cancellation subtest, enter the responses for each item and the total raw score will be calculated automatically.

NOTE: Blank is not a valid value for scoring purposes. A zero should be entered to trigger a calculated score for unfilled fields.
