Configuring WRAT5-India Reports

The options for the Individual Score Report are found in the Include and Settings tables.

Include options:
Use Respondent Name If selected, the examinee name will appear in the report.
Score summary last column User-selected description of last column in the Score Summary Table. Options to select from the pull-down menu:
GSV, NCE, or Stanine
Ability-Achievement Discrepancy

If selected, an Ability-Achievement Discrepancy dialog box will appear, where the analysis method, ability test, ability scale and standard score are required.

 

WISC-IV India can be selected as an ability test option.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: The WISC-IV India ability test option is only available when running AAD in manual mode.
Pattern of Strengths and Weaknesses Model

If selected, a Pattern of Strengths & Weaknesses dialog box will appear, where the ability test, age at test, ability weakness and ability strength scale as well as the achievement weakness are required.

 

WISC-IV India can be selected as an ability test option.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: The WISC-IV India ability test option is only available when running PSW in manual mode. Use of a score above 85 as a weakness may not be accepted in all settings.
Settings options:
Confidence Level Confidence level for the confidence interval variables: 90% or 95%
PSW Significance Level

User-selected significance level for PSW: 0.01 or 0.05

User-selected reference group used for calculating significance level and base rate of pairwise comparisons:

Ability-Achievement Discrepancy (AAD) Analysis & the Pattern of Strengths and Weaknesses (PSW) Model

The WRAT5-India Ability-Achievement Discrepancy Analysis table can be created with the following assessment: WISC-IV India (manual mode only).

The WRAT5-India Pattern of Strengths and Weaknesses Model can be created with the following assessment: WISC-IV India (manual mode only).

Manual Mode

If only the WRAT5-India assessment is chosen from the Examinee Details page, report generation will run in manual mode. In this mode, values must be manually entered into the AAD and PSW sections of the Report Configuration screen to receive the Ability-Achievement Discrepancy Analysis table and the Pattern of Strengths and Weaknesses Model in the report.

Automatic Mode

Not applicable for WRAT5-India assessment with any ability assessment.

IMPORTANT: If there is no supported ability score in the assessment, then an AAD or PSW analysis cannot be generated.

In this case, the Ability-Achievement Discrepancy and Pattern of Strengths and Weaknesses Model checkbox options will

be disabled from selection.
