Ability-Achievement Discrepancy (AAD) Analysis & the Pattern of Strengths and Weaknesses (PSW) Model

The WRAT5 Ability-Achievement Discrepancy Analysis table can be created with the following assessments: WISC-V and WASI-II (manual mode only).

The WRAT5 Pattern of Strengths and Weaknesses Model can be created with the following assessment: WISC-V.

Manual Mode

If only the WRAT5 assessment is chosen from the Examinee Details page, report generation will run in manual mode. In this mode, values must be manually entered into the AAD and PSW sections of the Report Configuration screen to receive the Ability-Achievement Discrepancy Analysis table and the Pattern of Strengths and Weaknesses Model in the report.

Automatic Mode

If the WRAT5 assessment is selected in combination with an ability assessment (WISC-V only for either AAD or PSW), report generation will run in automatic mode. Automatic mode pulls in drop-down values and will also populate fields into the AAD and PSW sections of the Report Configuration screen. Note: The WASI-II Ability test option for AAD is not available for the automatic mode.
