Configuring SPAA Reports

The SPAA has one report: the Summary Report.

 

 

SPAA Summary Report

The SPAA Summary Report contains a cover page with examinee demographic information, additional summary information, scores, item analysis, rater comments and quadrant representation.

 

Display Content

Description

Print the examinee name in the report

If selected, the examinee's name will be included in the report.

Print Summary and Interpretation

If selected, the summary and interpretation will be included in the report.

Print Score Summary

If selected, the score summary table containing scale names, raw scores, percentile ranges, and classifications will be included in the report.

Print Item Analysis

If selected, item analysis will be included in the report.

Print Rater Comments

If selected, the rater’s comments will be reported verbatim.

Print Quadrant Grid

If selected, a quadrant grid will be included in the report.

Print Pattern Grids

If selected, pattern grids will be included in the report.

Print Quadrant Profile

If selected, a quadrant profile will be included in the report.

 

 

 

The SPAA can be included in the SP-2 Multi-Rater Report.

 

SP-2 Multi-Rater Report

The SP-2 Multi-Rater Report contains a cover page with examinee information, rater information for each administration, scores, and a self-report.

Description

Print Examinee Name

If selected, the examinee’s name will be included in the report.

 

 

Additional Information:

The Multi-Rater Report allows between 2-5 forms of any combination to be included.
