The Adolescent/Adult Sensory Profile is a 60 item self-report questionnaire most appropriate for individuals 11-65+ years of age. This form can be manually entered or administered through On-Screen Administration or Remote On-Screen Administration. It is summarized using four quadrant scores.

Sensory Profile Adolescent/Adult has six sections: Taste/Smell Processing, Movement Processing, Visual Processing, Touch Processing, Activity Level and Auditory Processing.
Additional Information:
• The language for the auto-generated email sent to raters for Remote On-Screen Administration is defaulted to selected language.
• Language of Administration
- For Manual Entry, please select the language of the record form administered (English or Spanish).
- For OSA or ROSA, the rater will select the language of administration that they prefer. The language will be sent to Q-global when the assessment has
been completed.
