Open the assessment in edit mode and verify that all required fields have been entered.
“Previous” or “Back” options will be included in a future software update. One feature of the on-line administration is the tracking of time between responses. This may be an indicator that the client is struggling with the response and give insight for further questioning.
To send an invitation for Remote On-Screen Administration follow these steps:
1. Assign a D-REF form for the examinee to be assessed.
2. on the Assessment Details page, select "On Screen Administration" from the Delivery options in the Assessment Details section.
3. Select the Remote Computer checkbox.
4. Enter Recipient Information. The ROSA recipient Email address is required to send the invitation.
5. Either Save the assessment record for later use, or click the Preview and Send Invitation button.
6. Complete the Assessment Invitation Email form and click Send Invitation when ready.
The Rating Forms are available for download in the Resource Library. A hard copy of the assessment may be printed for the parent or teacher.
The Top 5 Stressors section of the assessments allows for only five items to the selected. If a sixth stressor is selected, the first selected stressor will be unchecked automatically.
Since the data entry of the assessment is not happening in real time with the client, interstitial times are irrelevant.
