The options for the DIAL-4 Score Report and Speed DIAL-4 Score Report are found under an Include tab and a Settings tab.
The checkboxes on the Include tab allow the user to choose the report sections to include in the DIAL-4 Score Report or the Speed DIAL-4 Score Report. On this tab, the user also determines if the examinee’s name should appear on the report.

Use Respondent Name |
When checked, the examinee's name and the parent's name (where applicable) will be included in the report. |
Print Raw Scores |
When checked, the raw scores entered in the system (from the record form) will be included in the report. |
Include Parent-Child Activities |
When checked, the parent-child activities summary will be included in the report. Check boxes are presented allowing the user to identify which parent-child activities are included. |
Report Language |
This indicates the language that the report will be generated in. |
