The KTEA-3 Brief + Comprehensive Report contains demographic, composite score, and subtest score information, as well as Ability-Achievement Discrepancy analysis and a Pattern of Strengths & Weaknesses model. All report information is optional.
A KTEA-3 Brief and a KTEA-3 Form A or Form B must be administered to generate this report.
If the KTEA-3 Brief was administered prior to the KTEA-3 Form A or Form B assessment, you may have decided not to readminister the same subtest to the student. In this case, scores from the KTEA-3 Brief and KTEA-3 Form A or Form B may be used to generate a full report.
When a score from the KTEA-3 Form A or Form B assessment record is missing, a score from the KTEA-3 Brief will be substituted in its place. This applies for the following subtests: Math Concepts & Applications, Math Computation, Letter & Word Recognition, Written Expression, Reading Comprehension, and Spelling. The substituted score can be used to perform Ability-Achievement Discrepancy analysis and Pattern of Strengths & Weakness analysis, and to obtain Standard Score differences.
When subtest scores for Form A or Form B and the Brief are present, scores from the Form A or Form B will take precedence.
To generate a KTEA-3 Brief + Comprehensive Report:
1. From the Examinee Details page, select a KTEA-3 Brief and a KTEA-3 Form A or Form B record.
2. Click Generate Report.
3. Select the KTEA-3 Brief + Comprehensive Report.
4. From the report configuration page, specify the desired report options.
