Entering WPPSI-IV UK Scores

For WPPSI-IV UK, there is a Demographics tab and a Raw Scores tab.

Demographics Tab

Field Name	Description
Form	This field is automatically populated based on the examinee's age at the time of the assessment. This value reflects which record form was administered to the examinee and is used to determine which subtests are displayed on the raw scores tab and included in the report.
Race/Ethnicity	Shows the race/ethnicity of the examinee.
Home Language	Shows the home spoken language of the examinee.
Handedness	Shows the examinee's handedness.
Education Year	The education year of the examinee at the time of the assessment administration.
Is this a Retest?	If checked, this denotes that the examinee has taken this test at least once before. Leave unchecked if this is the first time this examinee is being tested.
Comments	This field allows the examiner to enter comments regarding the Assessment or the Examinee. These comments are displayed in the report.

Raw Scores Tab

U Use the WPPSI-IV UK Manual to score subtest items and obtain the total raw score for each subtest. For the Cancellation subtest, enter the responses for each item and the total raw score will be calculated automatically.

NOTE: Blank is not a valid value for scoring purposes. A zero should be entered to trigger a calculated score for unfilled fields.

Command Buttons

When you click the Save or the Save and Close button, the system checks to ensure all of the required data has been entered. If any data is missing or invalid, you will be asked if you want to continue.

If you choose “Yes,” the record will be saved with a status of “Ready for Administration” or “Needs Editing,” depending on the data still necessary to score the assessment. When you open the assessment record again and click the "Edit" button, you will be able to complete any missing or invalid items.

If you choose “No,” you are returned to the page where you can continue with the data entry.
