Entering Shaywitz DyslexiaScreen Scores

The Shaywitz DyslexiaScreen, developed by Dr. Sally Shaywitz, is a brief teacher rating form of observed reading-related behaviors of students in Kindergarten through Grade 3. It is an excellent tool for early identification of children at risk for reading difficulties and dyslexia.

The Shaywitz DyslexiaScreen can be administered through On-Screen Administration (OSA), Remote On-Screen Administration (ROSA) or Video Proctoring Administration (PROSA) only.

The Shaywitz DyslexiaScreen on Q-global has two tabs: Overview tab and an Item Entry tab.

The Overview tab includes an Administration Settings and an Assessment Demographics section.
