Entering MCCI Scores

For MCCI, there is an Overview tab and an Item Entry tab.

 

Overview Tab

The Overview tab includes an Administration Settings and an Assessment Demographics section.

 

Administration Settings

The Administration Settings section contains general administration information such as administration date, age at administration, and examiner.

 

Assessment Demographics

This section contains the examinee assessment demographics listed in the table.

Field Name

The examinee’s race.

Current academic year

The examinee’s current academic year.

Enrollment status

The examinee’s enrollment status.

GPA

The examinee’s cumulative grade-point average.

Employment status

The examinee’s employment status.

Hours Worked Per Week

The examinee’s average hours worked per week.

Item entry fields

Item responses for MCCI are entered using the following values:

0=Never applies/never true, 1=Rarely applies/rarely true, 2=Occasionally applies/occasionally true, 3=Frequently applies/frequently true, 4=Always applies/always true

 

Data Entry Rules

When you click the Proceed to Reports or Save updates button, the assessment is saved and the system checks to ensure all the required data has been entered. If any required data is missing, the record will be saved and a message will be displayed at the top of the screen describing the condition(s) that must be resolved before a report can be generated for the record.
