Overview of Group Administration

Group administration allows you to assign one or more assessments to examinees in a proctored environment.  An example might be a Kindergarten teacher administering an assessment to a classroom of students.

Group Administration - Setup

1. • Create a group.

   • Assign examinees to the group.

   • Assign assessments to the group.

Group Administration - Process

1. • Administer the assessment to the group.
   • Generate a group report.

Additional Information

1. • As examinees are added to the group, any assigned assessments for the group will also be assigned to the newly added examinee.
   • When examinees are removed (deleted) from a group, the assigned assessments will remain with the examinee (unless the status for the assessment is in Ready for Administration) .
